To study the purification conditions of polysaccharide from Solanum nigrum L. by S-8 macroporous adsorption resin. The effect multi-factors on were studied static - dynamic and desorption methods with indexes rates. optimized process condition was as follows: concentration sample 5 mg/mL, pH level 7.0, temperature 30 °C, velocity 0.5 mL/min, maximun loading amount 10 BV, mol/L NaCl solution 5BV used eluent, elution flow rate 4 mL/min. With this condition, purity 91.00%, which 1.989 times higher than before. resin can be to separate purify solanum improve quality polysaccharides.
